No-Code Conversational Automation Specialist

Permanent employee, Full-time · Germany (North Rhine-Westphalia), Germany (Hamburg), Germany (Bavaria)

In this role you will:

Gestaltung von Gesprächsabläufen für Voice- und Chatbots (Struktur, Dialoge, Antwortlogik).
Analyse realer Gespräche und kontinuierliche Optimierung der Bot-Skripte.
Nutzung von No-Code-Automatisierungsplattformen (bevorzugt n8n; außerdem Make, Zapier oder ähnliche), um Integrationen und Workflows zu konfigurieren.
Aufbau von Wortlisten, Mustern und Dialogvarianten für verschiedene Zielgruppen und Kommunikationskanäle.
Durchführung von Experimenten (A/B-Tests, Logik-Anpassungen, kreative Hypothesen), um Nutzerinteraktion und Conversion zu verbessern.
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit technischen Analysten und dem Produktteam.

We’re looking for a person who has:

Erfahrung in der Erstellung von Dialogen, Skripten oder interaktiven Inhalten – z. B. aus Game Design, UX Writing, Call Centern, E-Learning oder Storytelling.
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, um Gesprächsabläufe zu entwerfen und anzupassen.
Grundverständnis von APIs, JSON und Webhooks.
Praktische Erfahrung mit No-Code-Tools (n8n, Make, Zapier o. ä.).
Analytische und kreative Denkweise – du liebst es, logische Strukturen zu entwickeln und menschliche Gespräche technisch umzusetzen.
